Neighborhood Complaint Procedure
Hope Town anticipates having a great relationship with its neighbors and working to make our community better. Since we strive to be a good neighbor, Hope Town will take any neighbor complaint seriously, and once notified, Hope Town management will work to resolve issues in a mutually satisfactory way.
If residents or staff members hear of a neighbor complaint, we will:
- Listen carefully to what the complaint is and assure the neighbor that this will be addressed by one’s supervisor immediately.
- Smoking is permitted in designated areas only, and cigarettes must be disposed of in appropriate receptacles.
- Take notes about the complaint and be sure to get the name, address, and contact phone number of the person reporting it.
- Give the neighbor contact information below for a coordinator/director and tell them they are also free to reach out to that person.
